- Mr. Crusifino has filed a lawsuit against NXT Superstar, Ilja Dragunov, for assault on 04/15/2023 in Alachua County Court in Gainesville, Florida. Video evidence of said assault has been released on Instagram, and is posted below.
On October 30, 2023, "X" account, @NatbyNature posted a potentially defamatory and libelous picture. A cease and desist has been ordered.
On December 16, 2023, JD McDonagh was awarded a loss against R-Truth when it was clear that both shoulders were not down for the duration of the referee's count. The decision has been appealed.
